We use mainly fruit from our own orchards and also pears from the 300 year old trees at Hellens House in Much Marcle are used to make our award winning Perry. Still made the traditional way by using a wooden scratter mill and 120 year old antique stone twinscrew presses the extracted juice is then fermented in oak barrells until such time is ready for sale of draft or bottled farmhouse Cider and Perry.
